Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Your order should arrive within 1-4 business weeks. Factors such as delayed logistics and customs clearings may have an impact on the processing and delivery time

Your parcel will be delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. GloCheck is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect of inaccurate addresses. If your order has already been processed then we cannot make any changes to the address or change the destination of your order. In the case that this happens, we will not be able to send you another order or make a refund. 

Delayed, lost or damaged shipments are not the responsibility of GloCheck. Upon delivery of your order, you must inspect the products for any missing items or quality issues. Upon delivery, you will be deemed to have accepted the products and waive the right to make any claim unless you notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving the products to info@glocheck.com. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders that are delivered to the address provided during checkout and in the event that your order is lost or stolen, you should contact the carrier or local authorities for a solution. We will not send you another order or process a refund. 

All delivery times quoted to you are indicative. Products may be delivered separately. To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third-party. 

All quoted shipping and delivery times exclude any delays caused in situations that are outside of our control. 

All shipping and delivery time frames are from the date of dispatch, not the date that your order is made. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free shipping for orders within the US, Australia, New Zealand, UK, and Canada. 

International Shipping

For International orders outside of the US we offer free shipping. Shipping and delivery times for orders outside of the US may differ from the quoted estimates.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. GloCheck is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a live tracker so you can see where your package is in real-time with tracking updates or a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please contact us if any information is missing at info@glocheck.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@glocheck.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
